A common approach for high-end pack companies is to offer the best product at the highest price they think a person is willing to pay, under the assumption that the product is the absolute best on the market. That’s because these manufacturers find themselves in a position that requires them to provide a reason why their packs are so expensive. So they simply make the assertion that if you want the best you have to be willing to pay for it. On the most basic level, this is true. But consumers really have no way of knowing the costs involved with designing and building individual products, so they can’t be sure of exactly why their pack costs so much. Frequently, after one trip into the woods these people are STILL asking themselves why their new pack costs so much . . .
How do we know we can give hunters more bag for their buck? Because we have better relationships with more reliable factories than any other cut-and-sew outfit in the outdoor industry. Those relationships translate to savings that can be passed on to the consumer.
