We currently have four projects that are prime for investment. Our first two communities, located in Rexburg, Idaho and Roosevelt, Utah are already great successes. We recently approved the construction for two more communities located in these areas, where we’ll capitalize on our first-hand knowledge of the market.
Market research indicates continued growth in both Rexburg and Roosevelt. Booming oil and gas industry and the lack of affordable housing and rentals makes Roosevelt a very stable market. Rexburg boasts a growing four-year college and endless resources. Both cities are poised for strong home appreciation, especially for affordably priced townhomes.
It’s not by chance that Timberhawk communities are located in such prime areas. We do extensive market research and comparisons before beginning a new project, and only build in areas that are poised for rapid growth and appreciation. Our research includes an includes in an in-depth analysis of population growth, rental availability, rental prices, land prices, home prices, home appreciation, local zoning issues, the local economy, supporting industry, and other soft factors. We gather information on many areas, put the data in our models and them make development decisions based on the a thorough analysis.
